Assign Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Finance, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Justice, People's Committee of Vinh Cuu District according to their functions and tasks, to coordinate and guide Dong Nai Nature and Culture Conservation Area to implement the above-mentioned directives in accordance with current law provisions; At the same time, appraise, advise and approve the relic planning according to regulations.

Dong Nai Nature and Culture Conservation Area covers an area of over 100,000 hectares. This place belongs to the urgent ecological conservation sub-region, located in the Truong Son ecosystem, is one of 200 important ecological regions in the world. This is where the last remaining piece of tropical rainforest of South Vietnam remains. In 2011, the Nature Reserve was recognized by UNESCO as the Dong Nai World Biosphere Reserve, and Cat Tien Nature Reserve and National Park play the role of the core area of the Biosphere Reserve.
