The People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities, based on the needs and conditions for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, proactively decide to welcome international tourists and notify the Ministry of Culture and Sports. and travel.
Localities that welcome international tourists must ensure the following:
+ Select areas and service providers to welcome international tourists in accordance with the guidance in Decision No. 218/QD-BYT dated January 27, 2022 of the Ministry of Health. Publicly publish the list of travel service providers for international travel agencies to choose to sign contracts to build tourism programs for sale to guests.
+ Consider the accuracy and suitability of the plan to welcome and manage the delegation at the locality at the proposal of the international travel agency and give written comments to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
+ No later than the 28th of every month, report the results of the previous month's international arrivals to the National Administration of Tourism, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
