The Vietnam Tourism Association has just issued a decision to hold a rating certification exam for hotel room management levels, creating conditions for subjects as Supervisors (GS) members or Ministers. Department (TBP) chambers currently working in tourist accommodation establishments across the country are registered for the exam and are certified accordingly.

Currently, Vietnam has more than 2 million employees in the tourism sector. In which this workforce has not been ranked for a long time, the assessment is usually done through acquaintances, those who have worked directly with them, do not know which criteria to choose, they have to ask all questions. one goes to the other to find out who can do the job and who can't. This can easily lead to confusion when selecting personnel. Having a set of standards will help businesses easily choose their employees. In addition, the standards also help employees determine their qualifications and position in society.

Accordingly, this regulation regulates the criteria and management of certification activities for department heads and supervisors of the Chamber division who are members of the Vietnam Tourism Association, including: certification criteria. receive, rights and responsibilities of the parties when participating in the certification activity. The Vietnam Tourism Association has issued standards and regulations to organize the ranking of all levels of the Department's management, hoping that the workforce in the industry will be ranked rank and rank to provide a valuable reference for those who choose to work in the tourism industry today.
