Accordingly, the National Green Growth Action Plan for the 2021-2030 period includes 18 topics, 57 groups of tasks and activities and 134 specific tasks and activities.

In the field of tourism, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to chair two groups of tasks: "Improving institutions and policies to manage tourism development towards green and sustainable growth". and “Prioritize the development of tourism types in the direction of green growth (ecotourism, community tourism, agricultural and rural tourism, sea and island resort tourism associated with blue sea economic development, adventure sports tourism ensuring green standards and criteria, etc.), developing green tourism products".

In particular, the task group "Improving institutions and policies to manage tourism development towards green and sustainable growth" has two specific tasks: "Effectively developing and implementing the tourism system planning tourism in the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2045 associated with green economy, blue sea economy" and "Completing institutions and policies prioritizing development of eco-tourism, agricultural and rural tourism, and tourism community calendar. Develop a set of evaluation criteria and implement a rating system on green growth for tourist destinations and tourism business establishments in Vietnam. These are 02 tasks of group A, with high priority.

And the task group "Prioritizing the development of tourism types in the direction of green growth, developing green tourism products" also has 02 tasks: "Development of infrastructure, technical facilities to serve services of various types of tourism in the direction of green growth, focusing on connectivity of infrastructure" and "Encouraging tourism investors to focus on investing in a system of collection, classification and recycling in order to reuse water waste and waste for different purposes”.

According to the issued decision, the National Steering Committee on Green Growth is headed by a Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Planning and Investment is the Deputy Head, and the members are representatives of leading ministries. , relevant ministerial-level agencies and government-attached agencies, to organize inter-sectoral coordination, to assist the Government and the Prime Minister in researching and directing the settlement of important and interdisciplinary issues on green growth. and implement the National Strategy on Green Growth.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment is the national focal agency on green growth, responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant ministries and branches and the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities in organizing the development of green growth. implementation of the Green Growth Action Plan; guide, supervise, evaluate, examine and summarize the implementation situation; assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and branches in, identifying and allocating domestic financial sources and coordinating foreign funding sources, mechanisms and policies to promote the implementation of the Action Plan on increasing green growth.
