Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the overall adjustment of the planning of Long Tan tourist urban area, Nhon Trach district. This tourist urban area has a scale of nearly 332 hectares with a total investment of more than 12,618 billion VND.
Long Tan tourist urban area will be planned into two functional subdivisions, namely a tourist urban area and an isolated corridor of Ring Road 3. This tourist urban area has a scale of more than 326 hectares. Including townhouses, townhouses, villas, high-rise apartments, social houses and resettlement houses... The People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned the project investor to be Construction Development Investment Corporation (DIC Corp. Code: DIG) in collaboration with Nhon Trach District People's Committee, relevant agencies and units to publicize the planning content.
It is known that DIC Corp has approved the investment capital adjustment plan for three urban projects. Including Long Tan tourist urban area with the total investment capital after tax is expected to be 4,752 billion VND. Adjusted capital is more than 12,618 billion VND. It is expected that in the third quarter of this year, the project will start phase 1 with a scale of about 82 hectares.
