Recently, FLC Group has issued a legal progress report and proposed to expand the boundaries of a new rural residential project, eco-tourism, resort, sports and entertainment in Da Ton Lake (district Tan Phu, Dong Nai province). In 2019, the group has proposed to study and plan and invest in new rural residential projects, tourism, eco-resort, sports and entertainment in Da Ton Lake.

According to the report, the project has a total project scale of about 1,332ha, located in the area of two communes: Thanh Son and Phu An (Tan Phu district). In which, phase 1 of about 786ha is planned to develop complex of tourism resort, golf course, villa area, urban tourist residential area, amusement park. The goal of the project is to build a high-class resort, fitness, sports and entertainment complex with a variety of tourism services combining tourism service urban areas and urban areas. create international tourism infrastructure.

It is known that the project of investing in a complex, tourist and resort complex on a scale of over 1,300 hectares in the area of Ho Da Ton in Thanh Son and Phu An communes, Tan Phu district. However, up to now, FLC Group has proposed the People's Committee of Dong Nai province to allow additional 173ha of land in Phu Xuan commune to be extended and to bring over 36ha of reinforced water surface area to the research boundary, creating a seamless lake landscape projects. 

The area of Da Ton Lake is already in the tourism regulations of the province, this is also one of the projects that the province calls for investment. Prior to the above proposal, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung agreed with the scale of the project as proposed by FLC. However, he noted that investors need to carefully calculate the effectiveness of the project, not allow the project to hang.
