In the coming time, Dong Nai will focus on developing forest and river eco-tourism. Therefore, the province has identified a number of potential projects to call for investment, including a tourism development project in Dong Nai Nature - Cultural Reserve. According to the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development on the lease of forest environment in Ma Da commune (Vinh Cuu district) for the safari area, documents are being completed to sign the contract.

Accordingly, Vuon Xoai Ecotourism Company Limited has proposed the project of Mango Garden 2 Ecotourism and Safari Park in 2017 with an estimated capital of 1,000 billion VND. For the Mango Garden 2 project, this will be a highlight for Dong Nai on the tourist map of the South in general and the Southeast in particular. The project has a size of nearly 413 hectares, belongs to the production forest planning area. The current status of land in the project area has natural forests of more than 362 ha; plantation forest is over 34 hectares and the land without forest is nearly 16 hectares. The entire above forest land area has been assigned to Dong Nai Nature - Cultural Reserve for management.

It is known that the Mango Garden Ecotourism Company Ltd. currently owns a large number of wild animals imported from South Africa. Realizing that the number of animals is increasing while the space is gradually limited, the Vuon Xoai Company has proposed the policy of investing in the Mango Garden 2 project.
