Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 4236 / QD-UBND on the ranking of historic relics - artistic architecture of Phuoc Lu communal house and Decision No. 4237 / QD-UBND on the ranking of Binh Thien communal house

Phuoc Lu temple was built in the nineteenth century, associated with the formation and development of Phuoc Lu village, the old town of Bien Hoa (now P. Quyet Thang). The temple has an architectural layout in the form of Tam - a fairly typical architecture in the ancient communal houses (XVIII-XIX century) in Dong Nai in particular and the South in general. In general, Phuoc Lu communal house shows the succession and selective supplement to suit the local natural, socio-economic conditions and the people's contribution. Each item has the imprint, knowledge and emotion of generations of Vietnamese - Chinese residents in Bien Hoa. Not only has important historical values but also great cultural, scientific and aesthetic values, demonstrating a diverse cultural identity. The tangible and intangible cultural heritages of Phuoc Lu communal house exist and accompany the peace and spiritual life of the people.

Located in the center of Bien Hoa city, the relic of Binh Thien communal house (P.Quang Vinh) is evaluated by cultural researchers as a place containing valuable values of history, culture and architecture. The main items of the communal house have a planar layout in the form of Tam, including: the vestibule, the main hall of the "four pillars" type, the roof of the form "little cake" and the rear house. Sophisticated carvings, traditional motifs, lacquer, gold-plating create beauty and sacredness for the house. This is one of the typical architectural styles of the Southern communal house.

In the precincts of Binh Thien communal house, other items are also built such as Ong Ho temple, Chua Xu temple, Than Nong altar, altar of soldiers of the dead, kitchen. This is a communal house that has existed for over 200 years, associated with the process of formation and development of the old Council of Bien Hoa temple and present day Binh Thien temple. The birth of the Bien Hoa Council Temple marks an important step in preserving, promoting and honoring cultural values in the process of exploring the new land of Bien Hoa - Dong Nai.
Currently, Dong Nai is focusing on promoting and making relics become important destinations in tourism development. The monuments are not only a red address to educate the tradition of patriotism and revolutionary will for the young generation, but also contribute to introducing the image of the land and the Dong Nai people.
