Located in the core area of Cat Tien National Park, the second Ramsar site of Vietnam Bau Sau is a name that attracts many domestic and foreign tourists. Not only because of the green and airy scenery, this place also has a much greater ecological value.

However, Bau Sau wetlands face many challenges of increasing logging, fishing, trapping birds and wild animals. The problem of water pollution in Dong Nai river (due to the use of pesticides, untreated wastewater) directly affects the living environment of aquatic species, drinking water of wild animals.

Tourists all know that Bau Sau has several hundred Siamese crocodiles living together. But perhaps few people would have guessed that the freshwater crocodiles, which have lived here for a long time, have faced the risk of extinction in the wild, and today's Bau Sau is the result of more than 20 years of human labor. The specialized ministry in collaboration with forest rangers has been diligently conserving Siamese crocodiles. Along with that is the general development of this entire wetland area of great importance, creating conditions for other species of animals and plants to grow together and maintain a balanced and stable ecosystem. determined here.
In addition, coming to Cat Tien National Park, in addition to the ancient Tung tree, Ben Cu, Thac Troi and Bau Sau, visitors can also visit many other places such as the hundred-stemmed sycamore tree, Uncle Dong's oak tree. In the middle of the great abyss, there is a large swamp with an extremely rich ecosystem named Bau Sau that will be an unforgettable experience.
