Recently, provincial leaders had a meeting with departments, branches, People's Committee of Dinh Quan district and The Coi Joint Stock Company (HCMC) to review the progress of investment procedures in Thac Mai tourist area (Dinh Quan district). ). The Coi environmental tourism project proposes to the province to lease land for implementation at 3 locations, including: Ba husband rock park area, Bau Nuoc boiling area and Mai waterfall area as an eco-tourism area with investment capital over 80 million USD. Of which, phase 1 is nearly 13 million USD and phase 2 is over 67 million USD. 

After listening to the provincial departments, branches and localities reporting on the implementation progress, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Dinh Quan District People's Committee to urgently carry out the necessary procedures; The relevant departments and agencies review the investment and bidding process, etc. to ensure the legal compliance for enterprises to implement. On the basis of the review results of the departments, the investor will base on additional and follow the next steps on the investment procedures of the project.
