Currently, the situation of COVID-19 epidemic continues to be complicated, it is necessary to continue to have support policies from the State to help businesses and people overcome difficulties. Therefore, after consulting ministries and branches, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 47/2021/TT-BTC stipulating the rate of collection of a number of fees and charges in order to support and remove difficulties for customers. affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Circular takes effect from July 1 to December 31, 2021
Accordingly, there are 30 reduced fees and charges with many high reductions that will support businesses and people to overcome difficulties. In particular, there are many fees and charges that are greatly reduced such as: appraisal fee for granting international travel service business license, domestic travel service business license, appraisal fee for issuing tourist guide card equal to 50% of the fee rate specified in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 4 of Circular No. 33/2018/TT-BTC dated March 30, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the rate, collection, payment and management of fees. According to Clauses 1 and 2, Article 4 of Circular No. 33/2018/TT-BTC dated March 30, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance, fees and charges are regulated as follows:
- Fees for appraisal and grant of international travel service business license, domestic travel service business license: New issue: 3,000,000 VND/license; Exchange: 2,000,000 VND/license; Re-issue: 1,500,000 VND/license.
- Fees for assessment and issuance of tour guide cards (including: renewal, renewal and re-issuance): For international and domestic tour guides: 650,000 VND/card; For tour guides at the site: 200,000 VND/card.
Thus, the fee is reduced by 50% of the assessment fee for international travel permits, domestic travel and tour guide cards until the end of December 31, 2021.
