Aims to bring the beauty of Vietnamese cultural heritage and creation to the community. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization in Vietnam (UNESCO) in collaboration with the German Embassy in Hanoi organizes the Vietnam Photo Contest 2020 “Spreading interest, sharing a vision of cultural form ”.
The competition is open to everyone, professional and amateurs, regardless of age, gender or nationality. If a participant is under 18 years old, a parent or guardian's consent is required by providing the relevant information in the contest registration. Groups of people with disabilities and ethnic minorities are encouraged to participate in this contest.
UNESCO received photos for the contest until the end of Sunday, November 1, 2020. Any photos submitted after the above time will not be eligible for entry. Winning contestants' results will be announced before 11/15/2020.
Individuals whose photo works are selected by UNESCO based on the judges' assessment will have the opportunity to receive valuable honors and awards: 3 top prizes equal to $ 1,000 each. Certificate of honor from UNESCO for the 20 winners.
The most beautiful pictures selected by UNESCO, will be displayed at important events, typically one of which is the Vietnam Festival of Design and Creation 2020.
