According to Xuan Loc District People's Committee, the project of Ecotourism and resort complex in Chua Chan mountain area and Nui Le lake has a research area of about 4,000 hectares, divided into 9 zones.

The project is oriented to invest in three phases, including: phase 1 from 2023-2025 with an area of over 390ha; Phase 2 from 2025-2030 has an implementation area of more than 348ha and phase 3 from 2030 has an implementation area of more than 700ha.

Currently, after reviewing and comparing project implementation boundaries in the area from zone 1 to zone 8, there are more than 1,000 hectares that are not suitable for land use planning and more than 1.2 thousand hectares are not suitable for general planning. construction of communes and towns.

Therefore, Xuan Loc District proposed the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches to consider and approve the update of the project into the provincial planning as a basis for the district to adjust the land use planning and general construction planning of Xuan Hiep communes. , Suoi Cat, Xuan Tho, Xuan Truong and Gia Ray Town.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung said that this is a project towards the goal of developing the province's tourism industry. Therefore, relevant agencies must review and handle problems to update the provincial planning, which will be submitted to the Prime Minister for approval at the end of the year. For Xuan Loc District and the project proponent, it is necessary to develop a map of the land use structure, after completing it, send it to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for updating in the provincial planning.

Xuan Loc district also has to update the complete and synchronous basic plans so that when the provincial planning is approved, the relevant plans can be adjusted.
